AliJaa hosting terms

By accessing the host dashboard and listing a property, you accept these terms.

    Accurate information

    Details, photos, capacity and amenities must match the property. Clear discrepancies may stop publication.

    Photo usage rights

    By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to publish them and allow AliJaa to use them to present that property.

  3. 03

    Identity and ownership checks

    Publication requires identification and ownership or lease documents. They remain confidential and are used only for verification.

  4. 04

    Review before publication

    Each listing and material change is reviewed before public display. AliJaa may reject incomplete or inaccurate information.

  5. 05

    Honouring confirmed reservations

    A reservation confirmed with your agreement is your commitment. Repeated unjustified cancellations may result in removal from AliJaa.

  6. 06

    Leaving AliJaa

    You can remove your property at any time, provided confirmed reservations are resolved.

What does three commission-free bookings mean?

The first three confirmed bookings across your host account carry no commission, regardless of how many properties you list. A fee applies from the fourth booking, with its rate disclosed before you start.

How does listing import and AI work?

Paste your listing's URL from another holiday-rental website. AliJaa reads the page, fills in photos, amenities, capacity and prices, and can rewrite the description using AI. Review and edit everything before submission; the AliJaa team then checks it.

What information can AI access?

Only the title, description and general property details, such as type, city, capacity, rooms and amenities, for rewriting. Prices, addresses, contact details, your name and identity documents are excluded.

What if the link cannot be read, or I have no existing listing?

Manual registration is always available in short steps that save as you go. Resume whenever you like, or call AliJaa support for help.

How long does publication take?

It depends on complete information and documents. Once every section is ready and documents uploaded, the listing enters review. The result appears in your dashboard.

Can I change prices or photos later?

Yes. You can edit the property at any time. Material changes are reviewed again to keep public information accurate.

Where are my identity documents stored?

They are stored privately on the server, separately from public photos, and are accessible only to authorised reviewers. They never appear on the public listing.
